At Park Ridge Home Health, home care means active support, delivered with compassion in a familiar setting. Studies show that whether recovering from surgery or injury, or suffering from a long-term illness, patients manage better at home. Our trained professionals provide full-services to homebound, seriously ill, or injured patients who need skilled care in a four county area.

Upon referral, a nurse or therapist visits with the patient to assess their needs to develop an individualized care plan. Under the direction of a physician, a care team will deliver the necessary services using the latest techniques to maintain or restore patient independence. Park Ridge Home Health services include:

Park Ridge Home Health services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Administrative offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:45 p.m.
