Frostbite 5K, 10K 1-mile Fun Run/Walk

Sponsored by Southeastern Sports Medicine, the 20th Annual Frostbite 10K, 5K Run and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk will be hosted by Park Ridge Health on Sunday, February 19, at 2:00 p.m. This race-event will take place on a flat to gently rolling course of varying terrain, and will begin and finish at the Lelia Patterson Center in Fletcher, NC. Water will be available throughout the course and delicious cookies and fruit will be available to everyone after the race. The race time of each runner will be recorded using Bib chip devices.

Pre-registration
To pre-register, please complete the online registration at Active.com or call 855.PRH.LIFE (855.774.5433). The last day to register on Active.com is February 17th at 5 p.m.

Late Registration
Late registration can be done on Saturday at Foot Rx from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Foot RX is located at 1979-A Hendersonville Rd., Asheville, 28803 and the phone number is (828) 277-5151. You can also do Race Day Registration starting at 1:15 pm on Sunday, February 19th at the Lelia Patterson Center.

Entry Fee
Registration for the 10k race is $25. The 5K race is $20 before February 1st. Entry fees for either race will be $35 after this date or on race day.

Packet Pick-up will be available on Saturday February 18th, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., at Foot Rx Running Store in South Asheville off Hwy 25 at 1979-A Hendersonville Rd., Asheville, 28803, 828-277-5151. There will also be race day registration and packet pick-up at the Lelia Patterson Center in Fletcher, NC from 1:15 - 2 p.m. There is a Family Fun Expo going on during the race and the awards presentations will be at the Lelia Patterson Center Auditorium.

Location 
Lelia Patterson Center, Fletcher, N.C.  Interstate 26 to exit 44, then south on Hwy. 25. Turn left at first light onto Naples Rd. and follow to next light. Make a left at the light onto Howard Gap Road. The Lelia Patterson Center will be on the right.
