This new position in Geriatrics will oversee outpatient facility relationships for both PRH Psychiatric service line as well as our Geriatrics service. Responsible for centrally triaging clinical calls from both ALF's and SNF's, scheduling patients for both mid-levels and physicians in collaboration with office receptionist and facilities, and performing liaison activities with each facility location. Requirements include a 2-year nursing degree, with current, unrestricted licensure in North Carolina. Responsible for providing supervision of the Blood Bank and Coagulation Department. Responsible for teaching, training, inventory control, competency of all employees that float into the department, review all work performed and quality control on a daily basis.
