At Park Ridge Health, the experience of our guests and their loved ones is very important to us. Whether they are delivering a baby for the first time, or watching over a grandparent in the Intensive Care Unit, we want to ensure that they feel cared for and comfortable during their time with us, just as if they were members of our own families.

Valet Services

As part of our dedication to world-class service, we offer free valet services for our guests, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the front entrance to Park Ridge Health.

The Park Ridge Health Ambassador Program

When you enter Park Ridge Health, you may notice something a little different - a smiling face to greet you. We want to ensure that you always feel welcome with us, and so a group of Park Ridge Health team members, including our President & CEO, spend time each week at our front entrance greeting our guests and visitors and guiding them to their destinations.

Our Ambassador Program is just a small part of a guest experience we hope will bring healing, health and hope to you and your loved ones.
