Dr. Godsey earned his bachelor’s degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and his master’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.  He earned his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University.  Dr. Godsey has been licensed as a North Carolina Health Service Provider in Psychology for more than 20 years.  His approach to psychotherapy includes cognitive-behavioral therapy and brief, solution-focused therapy.
