Eileen Keppler, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Keppler received her medical degree and completed her residency in OB/GYN at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. She is board-certified by and a fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Keppler currently serves as the chief of obstetrics and gynecology at Park Ridge Health. Dr. Keppler and her staff believe in providing personalized care to each of their patients in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Justin Towle, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Towle is a Texas native who earned his bachelor’s degree at Texas Tech University. He earned his medical degree from St. Matthew’s University and completed his OB/GYN residency training at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia. He is board-certified by and a fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Towle believes in the importance of educating each patient so they can take an active role in their health.

Kelly Thompson, C.N.M., F.N.P.
Kelly Thompson is a certified nurse midwife and family nurse practitioner. She brings years of experience to Park Ridge Women’s Services. Ms. Thompson earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University. Ms. Thompson earned her certification in midwifery from East Carolina University. She believes that the birth of a child is an important event in every family’s life and encourages family involvement.

Catherine Tambroni-Parker, R.N., C.N.M., M.S.
Tambroni-Parker has been a certified nurse midwife for more than 15 years and has delivered approximately 3,000 babies. She earned her Master of Science and completed midwifery training at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Long Island, N.Y., and is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board. Tambroni-Parker has been providing care to newborn families in Oswego, N.Y., and working at the same practice on the shores of Lake Ontario since she became a midwife in 1998. Prior to becoming a nurse midwife, she worked with mothers and babies as well as the developmentally disabled as a registered nurse.

John P. Cuellar, III, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Dr. Cuellar received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in liberal arts. He graduated from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas with an MD, and trained at the University of Texas St Joseph Hospital in Houston. Dr Cuellar is board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and maintains continuous certification from the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Cuellar believes in creating a collaborative relationship, where each woman can have a supportive and caring environment, with a physician who listens.
